Hepworth Asymmetric statement studs

Large recycled silver or brass statement studs embellished with found ghost-net stitching inspired by Barbara Hepworth's sculptures.

The random asymmetric shapes are around 6/8cm x 3.5cm and you attach them with a sterling silver post and scroll; you can request which colour ghost-net you'd like to have the stitching done in. I usually have turquoise, pale green, orange, yellow, grey and white :-)

What is recycled silver?

Recycled silver is a green alternative to sterling silver. It is a little bit more expensive but has the same silver content as sterling, it's just made of 100% recycled and scrap silver products. Recycled silver can be both treated and worked with in the same way as silver, for the same quality results but more environmentally friendly. Produced from scrap jewellery, medical equipment, electronics and giftware, all the recycled silver I use comes with a certificate of authenticity and is hallmarked if it is the required weight.
